Miss. Code Ann. 77-3-713, 77-3-605Mississippi sets its own window: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Central; no Sundays. It covers telephone solicitations to Mississippi consumers, a term including businesses. Set the dialer to the narrower of the state and federal windows.
