Your hours, country by country

Federal rules only allow sales calls to US homes between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in the called person's own time zone, and some states set narrower windows. Here is that federal window on your clock. Most of the United States changes its clocks in March and November and these countries do not, so your hours move by an hour twice a year.
