Indiana requires some telephone sellers or telemarketers to register or be licensed before calling there. Only sellers using sales pitches listed in the statute. Check the exemptions before your floor dials Indiana.
Ind. Code 24-5-12-8, 24-5-12-10Indiana sets its own window: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. for automated message sales calls. It covers automatic dialing announcing device sales calls only. Set the dialer to the narrower of the state and federal windows.
Ind. Code 24-5-14-8Indiana keeps its own do not call list. Attorney General list, updated quarterly; texts count as sales calls. Scrub against it as well as the National Do Not Call Registry.
Ind. Code 24-4.7-3-1, 24-4.7-4-1Indiana has its own law on automated or recorded sales calls. Consent or live operator required before automated messages. It can be stricter than the federal rules.
Ind. Code 24-5-14-5Indiana allows recording with one party's consent. Consent of either the sender or receiver is enough.
Ind. Code 35-31.5-2-176Indiana keeps its own do not call list, counts texts as telephone sales calls, requires consent or a live operator before automated messages, limits automated sales messages to 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and bars transferring a live call placed in violation.

Indiana: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. for automated message sales calls. The federal window is 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. at the homeowner's location; use the narrower one.
